International Shipping Note

We ship globally, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Dental Floss & Toothpicks (personal care items)
  • Face Wipes (single-use hygiene products)
  • Opened Bath Products (unless defective)

2 Receive Return Authorization

Within 24 hours, our team will email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship your return without this authorization.

3 Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the items in their original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package, and ship to:

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Exchange Process
