Pharma Nord Bio-Glucan Plus is a complete immune support combination, containing beta 1,3/1,6 glucans, selenium and vitamin D3, which help to maintain a healthy immune system.

It contains naturally occurring beta 1,3/1,6 glucans in a highly purified form (Yestimun®).

Pharma Nord Bio-Glucan Plus provides a highly absorbable form of organic selenium (SelenoPrecise®), and vitamin D3.

The human immune system comprises two parts; the acquired and the innate. 1,3/1,6 beta glucan contained in Bio-Glucan Plus acts as a primer for the innate immune system. This serves as the body’s first line of defence against infectious organisms, while the acquired immunity develops antibodies through immunisation or infection, which is the body’s second line of defence. 1,3/1,6 beta glucan provides a stimulus to activate cells of the innate immune system against infectious organisms.
